The Gardener's Notepad

One of the most handsome climbing plants for a shady location. Pure white lace cap flowers cover the plant in June, which bumblebees are constantly scouring for nectar. Really fun to watch! Will climb whatever it can and should be given a support as it prefers climbing over rambling on the ground. Also looks amazing against red brick, but most homeowners are reluctant to allow their house to be engulfed in foliage. Branches are covered in tiny rootlets, and are quick to latch on to it's supporter. Fall color is a pleasant shade of yellow. In cultivation for centuries.
