The Gardener's Notepad
A relative of H. macrophylla and similar in overall appearance. A very handsome plant with a wide upright structure, richly colored flowers, and beautiful Fall color. The name 'Twirligig' has been trademarked and tacked on to it, but it is NOT patented. I don't know why companies do stuff like that, other than to try and make money... As if there's not enough chance for name confusion in plant land? Get a real job! A sign of selfishness and insecurity if you ask me!
