The Gardener's Notepad
Very attractive variegation. New leaves emerge with a generous tint of orange-pink. Flowers are white and less showy than most Pieris, but 'Variegata' is usually grown more for it's leaf color and ability to brighten up a shady spot. Likes to be a little cool. Afternoon shade, for sure.
