The Gardener's Notepad
'Repandens' is by far the most common English Yew variety in the trade, and has a nice flowing habit. Grows equally well in sun or shade, and is quite resilient once established. The true beauty of 'Repandens' is realized only if they receive minimal (if any) pruning, and they are allowed to develop their signature weeping/spreading habit. If sheared, all character is lost!
