The Gardener's Notepad

A very attractive tree all year. Probably the brightest bark you'll ever find on any Maple. Small leaves. Bright yellow in Fall. Effective as a specimen or in a grouping. For best results, plant in front of a dark wall or backdrop that will draw the eye towards the brightness of the tree. A good companion plant might be Asarum or Vinca minor.
