The Gardener's Notepad
Beautiful spikes of light purple-hooded white flowers over spiny, almost thistle-like leaves. Very ornamental! Why anyone would ever think of calling it 'Bear's Breeches' is beyond me, but that's the way common names go. Go Latin!
