The Gardener's Notepad
Ranging on the small to medium side, this is one of the more dramatic and unique Hostas we've grown. Red scapes in mid-summer sit atop a glossy, substantial mound of canoe-shaped leaves. Bright gold centers give way to creamy white by late summer, all outlined by an irregular, deep green border. Foliage color is basically fade resistant. Definitely a #1!
