The Gardener's Notepad
Dwarf form with thick, puckered leaves held firmly on stiff branches. Very unique, and unfortunately underused. The stems turn a deep shade of gray/red after the leaves drop, and while some have tried to call this Winter interest, I have found them to be a bit too dark to stand out. The main attribute on this one is the interesting leaf texture. From Proven Winners.
