The Gardener's Notepad
The flowers on Amber Flower Carpet are a lovely shade of apricot/peach with freckles of orange popping out as they age. Blooms are carried in large clusters, and can be trimmed after the first bloom to encourage a solid re-bloom. They will re-bloom on their own, but not as heavily as the potentially could. I rarely bother to do so, but the dormant season pruning is not to be missed. Take them down to 12 inches or less.
