The Gardener's Notepad

A very cool mutation of our native Persimmon. Leaf color is the usual lustrous dark green. It is difficult to say exactly how large they will grow as weeping trees can be unpredictable. Some support is recommended to maintain a straight central leader. Discovered in 2007 by Ray Jackson of Jackson Nursery, Belvidere, Tennessee.
