The Gardener's Notepad

Loaded with lightly fragrant bell-like flowers in late Spring, which turn into bell-like seeds. There are pink flowering and weeping forms of Styrax available too, which are gaining popularity, and are available by chance or upon request. There are US native species which are smaller and finer featured than the Asian types, but they aren't as easy to find in the trade.
